Duties

  • Plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of workers in financial department. Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
  • Authorize and prepare J/E account analysis, analyze and forecast budgets and prepare and analyze financial statement, transfer pricing report, and taxes and state income taxes, prepare multi-state sales tax, income tax filing and payment, calculation of marginal profit of individual items and ROI.
  • Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action, verify and review transfer pricing study and base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS).
  • Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities, including small appliance importing business.
  • Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.
  • Recruit staff members.
  • Prepare operational or risk reports for management analysis, audit for international stock exchange requirement.
  • Evaluate data pertaining to costs to plan budgets, calculate landed cost to apply budget and planning.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in the field of accounting

Financial Manager, sought by WINIX AMERICA INCORPORATED in VERNON HILLS, IL, Master’s degree in accounting & 2 years of experience required. The employee will be required to travel occasionally.

Winix America is searching for an experienced Procurement Specialist who will be able to process purchasing requisitions from all departments and turn those requisitions into purchase orders. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for creating purchase order tracking systems, answering vendor questions and providing them with additional order documentation as needed. The successful candidate for this position has experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry and a strong understanding of supply chain management concepts.

Duties

  • Research, select and purchase quality products and materials.
  • Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.
  • Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.
  • review inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels.
  • Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions.
  • Coordinate with inventory team, management, and stockroom as required.
  • Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (preferred) or a related field (SCM, Business Administration) required
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of MS Excel, MS Word and industry standard purchase order software platforms

The Account Representative will primarily focus on supporting the Sales team and report directly to the Head of Sales. We are seeking a hard-working and self-motivated professional with a desire to work in a fast-paced organization.

Duties

  • Provide regular product support and follow up to authorized resellers
  • Maintain online product content on authorized reseller web sites.
  • Assist in developing new authorized resellers
  • Coordinate new business opportunities with Sales, marketing and product management
  • Provide product training and marketing materials for new product releases to distributors.
  • Create monthly market and forecast reports on account sales and new product activity.
  • Assist with managing distribution stock levels, stock rotations, etc.
  • Maintain distribution registrations and create monthly reports.
  • Assist with overflow of incoming sales calls, confirm and coordinate shipping instructions.
  • Assist with pricing for internal ERP system and for authorized resellers.
  • Research specific product market trends within assigned authorized resellers and competitors.
  • Provide input and support data on new product offerings and coordinate with Sales, Marketing & Product Management Departments.
  • Plan for light domestic travel to assigned Distributors to improve relations, sales and support activity.
  • Assist with annual booth and trade show events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in sales, customer service and marketing preferred but not required
  • An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
  • Experience in providing customer service to companies of all sizes

The E-Commerce will primarily focus on supporting the Sales & Marketing teams and report directly to the Head of Sales. We are seeking a hard-working and self-motivated professional with a desire to work in a fast-paced organization.

Duties

  • Create new product listings on e-commerce marketplaces
  • Product support for large and small customers
  • Track status of new items and monitor progress until product is launched on marketplace
  • Become the customer service touch-point across all e-commerce channels
  • Respond and follow up on inquiries and general requests
  • Provide research for content optimization. Work with marketing to ensure all listings are complete and presented professionally
  • Communicate with clients as requested
  • Competitive researcher and consumer feedback
  • Develop marketplace and digital advertising promotional campaigns to grow sales
  • Develop keyword-rich titles and content description to improve page rankings
  • Monitor reviews and customer inquiries to identify customer needs and opportunities
  • Aggregate, analyze, and report sales data to compare current and past sales, search term analytics, and competitive bench-marking from all marketplaces, and make recommendations to optimize product lines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing. Advertising, business and public relations
